BMS (v5.48.0) release notes - July 26, 2025

This release includes some fixes.

Fixes

Category Description
Recurring Service Contract Fixed: When a recurring service contract was initially created as monthly contract and then switched over to a yearly contract, it was still behaving as a monthly contract.
Contract Fixed: When creating or editing a ticket, contracts that expire today were not showing in the contract dropdown.
Dispatch Calendar Fixed: The Dispatch Calendar did not show all users when a search was performed for multiple users. In cases where numerous users had been assigned to different queues, the search results included only a few of them.
Finance Fixed: In case when a finance class had two child classes and one of these child classes also had a child class, the Class List Tree in the CRM > Account page was not loading all the classes.
Ticket (New View and Client Portal user)

Fixed: The sorting function in some search and select components were not working. They were:

  • Merge

  • Absorb

  • Related Tickets

  • Hardware Assets

Ad Hoc Reports Fixed: Ad Hoc Reports with Tasks custom fields were showing the project site as the value instead of the custom field value.
Ad Hoc Reports Fixed: In Ad Hoc Reports, when custom fields were added to tasks, they were replacing existing fields such as Project Site.
BMS-VSA 10 Integration Fixed: Enhancements to RMM integration have been made and exception handling has been improved.
